The PPP-Programme

Programme Objective

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) offers financial support to projects of enterprises that have an (additional) development benefit. Thus, the Ministry aims at mobilizing additional private funds in favor of development objectives.

Addressees

Under the abbreviation of PPP (Public Private Partnership) Western European enterprises can apply for a support of their projects in developing countries. Eligible for support are projects which are profit-oriented and also have a positive development impact. A clear interest in a long-term private-sector involvement must be evident.
