y课程目的:

本课程全面介绍作为职业经理人应具备的管理知识及技巧The Program is trying to provide the management with an introduction to the Management knowledge and skills.

为了达到:

Ø         使每个经理人能够更有效地识别及管理变革的环境中的改善enables each one to work more effectively on identifying and managing improvement in the changing environment. 

Ø         使学员更愿意将所学用于日常工作中develops will and energy to apply the learning to daily operations.
